Chapter 111

Megan pulled the jacket tighter around herself. She saw flashes in the distance and her thunder radar was already off the charts just thinking about it.
Jon had noticed it too and their first time together flashed through his mind.
“I see some rain coming.”
“I just hope that all that’s coming. I don’t need any lightning right now.”
He shouldered her gently.
“Well you know where to run to if it gets too much for you…..”
“Its not that bad anymore. I’ve learned to cope with it but thanks for the offer.”
The silence grew between them.
“Jon..I’m sorry about what happened. This is all my fault.”
His face was a dark shadow in the car.
“And how did you get to that conclusion?” his voice was soft but she wasn’t fooled.
“Well firstly, no contraceptives. Stupid move and secondly I should have kept my distance and everyone would have been fine.”
“Don’t ever say that again, ok? This child was meant to be. I am just as much to blame. I was older, I should have thought about protection. As for not telling me. Wrong move sweetheart,  I deserve to know and if other people cant accept that, then they can all go to hell for all I care!”
“Now I’ve created a wedge between you and your mother. Its just not right!”
“She’ll come around. She is a strong woman.”
Yeah sure, a strong woman who will hate me and maybe even your son.
She kept her thoughts to herself.
His hand kneaded her knee softly.
“My parents will love him. What’s not to love?”
“That’s true.”
Megan found them asleep in front of the tv. By the looks of it they had a popcorn fight. It was strewn all over the place. She shook her head,  a smile breaking out on her face.  Boys!!
Jon offered to take Jaden to bed. Megan had a good mind to wake Richie, but after a few attempts she gave it up and went upstairs to find a pillow and a warm blanket.
Checking up  on Jaden she took a quick shower, knowing that the storm was close by.  She crept into bed, trying to will the fear clawing at her insides.
“Its just thunder it cant hurt you….” She reached for the bedside lamp but decided to keep it on.
She slumbered off. But Thor didn’t let her sleep for too long.
~~
Walking from the shower he saw the undeniable flash in the sky. The hand drying his hair stilled.
He still cant believe how his mother reacted to the news. Damn the shock and hurt in Megan’s face were still fresh in his mind.
His hand came to life again and rubbed all over, starting from his shoulders working their way down to his calves, letting the thirsty towel absorb the wet pearls running down his skin.
The storm crashed down on the house and the lights flickered. Wonder what Megan was doing? Would she be ok? He wanted to make sure she was, but he didn’t trust himself. He had this constant need to touch her, taste her and seeing her lying in a bed with flimsy nighties will only screw with his mind even more.  The stirring in his groin taunted him and he knew that it was going to be a long, lonely night yet again.
Slipping into a pair of boxers he walked into the dark hallway. Maybe something to drink before he goes to bed….maybe even a movie. A sound from Megan’s room drew his attention.
Opening the door slightly he peeked around it. She was crawled into a tight ball underneath the covers her frightened cry was a hoarse sound. She was trying to keep it as low as possible.
Megan…Megan..Megan. Always trying to be the strong one. He clucked softly.
Strong, hairy fingers slid into the covers, pulling softly.
Huge brown eyes snapped upwards.
“I thought you’ve outgrown your fear of the thunder.”
She didn’t answer, her hand were still clenched on her ears.
“Come here I want to show you something.”
“Jon! Let me go!”
“No its time you get over this silly fear. There is nothing to be scared off, its actually beautiful. C’mooooonnnn!”
He pulled her out of her room, marching her towards his. Grabbing the covers from his bed he took her towards the patio.
“Oooooh no! Jon don’t do this to me. Please?!”
“Shhhhhhh……Trust me baby.”
He opened the door and looked around towards Megan. The wind blew in, the satin nightie molded to her curves, accentuating her perfect hourglass figure. His gaze slid up and he felt his body come alive. Taught nipples teased him but the look of horror on her face cleared his mind.
“ We wont get wet. See? We’ll just sit here, watching the sky.”
“I don’t like this Jon. Not at all.”
His strength was greater than hers and she knew it. Feeling his hand closing over hers, she sighed coming willingly.
He threw half of the cover on the floor, sitting down he opened his legs, patting between them. She registered the chunk of sexy male flesh displaying in front of her and felt a thrill chasing down her spin as she saw his hand’s gesture. She sat down before he could read her thoughts, he threw the rest of the cover over them.
His arm closed around her waist pulling her tightly up against him, his legs pulled up as if in protection.  A hand swept her hair to one side and she felt his breath on her ear and his hair tickling her neck. His chin rested on her shoulder and his hand stroked her tummy.
“Just relax, look at the lightning, its earth’s display and it should be enjoyed not feared. Look…..”
She turned her head, the earth lit up and she winced.
“Shhhhhh…..relax.”  she had a hard time relaxing and for once it had absolutely nothing to do with the weather. Her skin rubbed against the fur on his chest, the heat radiating from him felt comforting. Her ass were dangerously close to his crotch and she was sure she could feel it’s now flaccid state pressing snugly to her.
“See? Its beautiful….look you can even see the river. “
Jon could feel the tenseness draining from her, feeling her relaxing against him. Her scent lured him even closer.
“It IS beautiful! I’ve never thought about it but it is!”
She hadn’t notice Jon wasn’t looking at the rain and lightning anymore. All he thought about was this hot blooded, curvy female nestled between his thighs.
“Jon?”
“Oh yeah….nothing to worry about.”
