Chapter 94

Jon couldn’t find any ointment so he decided to get some from the nearest drug store.
He found her naked on the bed, her back displaying what he had done to her. Her hair covered her face and he leaned forward to brush it back.
“Baby? I’m sorry to wake you up, but I need to put this on.”
Her breathy ok, plucked at his heart.
She was such a beautiful, innocent, young woman. She had known hell and courage in her young life and he felt like a dog for being the reason of her hurt and pain over the years. He was suppose to look out for her all those years ago, why didn’t he and now look what he did? Almost ripped her beautiful back to shreds!
His fingers rubbed the ointment gently into the broken skin. She wasn’t sleeping anymore, her breathing was too light.  Jon couldn’t help but notice her gently rounded buttocks lying so close to him, the gentle way her thighs sloped to elegant ankles.
The need to touch her was overwhelming but he refused to give in. She didn’t need him pouncing on her.
“All done. You want something to drink?”
“You don’t have to do this Jon, really.”
“Well I sure as hell love my coffee but I cant drink two cups so I suggest you accept it.”
On the nightstand were two paper cups filled with coffee.
Reaching for the nightgown behind the door, he draped it over.
Putting the cup down a while later, he stood up, rubbing his hands over his thighs.
“So I’ll see you tonight then?”
“Ok. Thanks for my back.”
“Its my fucking fault it looks that way in the first place.”
He had a disgusted look.
He gave her a soft peck on the forehead and walked out. The enormous love bite on her neck was yet another silent accusation and he hated himself even more as he walked out.

Megan wished she could have skipped the meal with Jon. She felt queasy and a bit scared; not knowing where tonight will lead.
She had dressed in black pants, light golden shirt completing her outfit with golden sandals and a black jacket. She couldn’t wear a bra or something too revealing so she just had to use what she could. She let her hair hung loose; the thought of how much he loved her hair that way, crossing her mind.
Her makeup was light, before she left the room she dabbed on some gloss.
Jon was sitting on a couch having a pleasant conversation with her aunt. By the looks of it her aunt was quite impressed with the young fellow.
Megan couldn’t help but appreciate the man chatting so comfortably with her aunt.

His black leather pants clung to his muscled thighs, the white shirt was unbuttoned giving her a generous glimpse at his fur covered pecs, the cross necklace nestled into those dark fur and she wished she could stuck her nose in there, smelling his scent. The black leather jacket gave him a wild, sexy look, his hair was covering half of his face until she realized he had turned towards her, watching her intently as she undressed him with her eyes. God this man was gorgeous!
“I see you two have met.”
“Hello baby. You look beautiful tonight.” The way he said it and the expression on his face brushed goosebumps over her body.
Aunt Jean was watching them closely. She could feel the electricity between them even from where she sat.
Megan didn’t say a word but if this wasn’t Jaden’s father she would be very surprised. The eyes, the lips even the smile was Jaden and the fact that he was a rock star! Lord with his deadly looks could anyone blame the girl for falling for him, hook, line and sinker?
“Why thank you, Jon.”
“Megan always told me that you were a handsome man, but she never quite did it justice. Now I know where the boy’s beautiful blue eyes come from.”
A charming red spread over Megan’s face. Jon gave his sultry chuckle.
“Thank you Jean, how nice of you to say so. He is quite a wonderful little boy isn’t he?”
Megan took Jon by the hand, afraid that aunt Jean might let something slip about her reason for not telling Jon all those years ago.
She had never seen eye to eye with Megan’s dad but when he banned his pregnant daughter, she plainly refused to speak to him again.
“Well, I’m just glad you are in his life now. He deserves to know his father. I’ve said that all those years ago and I’m sticking to it.” Jon immediately saw the family  resemblance to the older women when she jutted her jaw upwards.
“Uum…. aunt Jean. We haven’t told Jaden yet so if you could keep it quiet until we tell him..please”
The old woman pulled her closer for a quick hug.
“Of cause sweetheart. Just make sure you tell him soon, ok? So I guess  you two better be off. Have a good night now.”
She released Megan only to pull Jon closer, whispering something to him Megan couldn’t hear.
“You look after my girl now. She’s like my own daughter and she deserves a man who would look after her and Jaden. You look like the man who can do it, don’t disappoint me know, you hear?”
“That I won’t do. I promise.” His eyes locked with hers, the promise loud and clear in those clear blue irises.
