Megan woke up, pain sliced through her gut and she ran for the bathroom, emptying what was left in her stomach.
Jon found her gripping the toiletbowl.
“What the hell? Baby are you ok? God! You’re burning up!”
After brushing her teeth to try and rid herself of the horrible taste in her mouth, did Jon lead her back to the bed.
“Hey, its Jon. Could you please get me a doctor and send it to room 108. Thanx.”
By the time the doctor came, Megan did a couple of trips to the bathroom. She was pale and crinching from a stomach ache.
The doctor immediately diagnosed her with a stomach bug that was doing its rounds and prescribed her a course of antibiotics for this particular bug.
Feeling completely drained, she just nodded and yes and amen to Jon’s instructions.
She didn’t know how long he stayed there but when she woke up, he was gone.
She woke up later that afternoon to find him sitting next to her, wiping her brow with a cool cloth.
“We have a show tonight, I have to get up.”
“You have a snowballs chance in hell , if you think I’ll let you get up. We did the soundcheck its perfect. The clothes are ready. No need to fuss baby. You have to get better.”
She slept the rest of the day and woke up to a lit lamp next to her bed and a light meal on a tray.
Somewhere during the night she became aware of a pair of strong arms holding her.
Jon nursed her to health a couple of days later. He treated her like porcelain and she could only smile. He was sweetness wrapped in a hunky package.

He came to her room that night only to find her dressed and a dinner ready on the table.
Her rosy cheeks and sparkling eyes convinced him that she had kicked the bug in the ass and his mind started to stray. She had lost a bit of weight but was still as curvy as hell.
“I thought it was my turn to treat you a bit, seeing as you diligently sat by my side and made sure I ate.”
“I’m just happy to see you are better baby.” She walked willingly into his arms, lifting her face for his kiss.
She could feel him fighting the urge to crush her to him. She didn’t want him to fight it, she wanted to feel it…soon.
“Hungry for food or something else? I could always heat the food up la…”
He didn’t even answer or give her the chance to finish. He picked her up and walked towards the closest chair.
